Niseko Sunset explores the idea that what we see is shaped by how we choose to look at it.
Two industrial steel panels, connected by exposed hinges, shift around a warm sunset projected onto the wall. With every adjustment, the composition changes, revealing new relationships between light, shadow and form.
The sun sets every day, yet we experience it differently, sometimes stopping to admire it, sometimes passing by without noticing it at all. The piece reflects on the power of perspective, reminding us that beauty does not always depend on what is in front of us, but on our willingness to see it.
